HOLY SHIT Another Triple Underflip!

At what point are triple corks going to no longer be news? Seems like every Euros got one now… That said, at least this one’s got some style.

2012 is the year of the triple, and as usual burn unit rider Stale Sandbech is ahead of the game as he joins the elite handful of snowboarders in the world to have performed a Triple by stomping the very first-ever Frontside triple Underflip 1260 on his first try.

‘Before I took the run in, I was pretty pumped up and ready to try it. Of course I had nerves, but I had so much adrenalin so that kind of just pushed the nerves away. Then when I stomped it I was kind of surprised as I landed. At first I was really happy I didn’t have to try it again, and of course I was super stoked I landed a triple.’

TTR Overall Champion and a triple – Not a bad way to end the season. Stale is on a roll and set to kill it this winter
